Nicki Minaj left Stephen Colbert speechless with her amazing rap skills.

She came back to “The Late Show” on Wednesday to show why they are a great rap duo.
She promoted her new album, “Pink Friday 2,” and changed the lyrics of her song “FTCU.”.
She made a joke about his wife, Evelyn McGee-Colbert, and he was stunned.
The crowd loved it.

“Stephen, we just had a rap battle,” Nicki said.

She gave a shout-out to his wife, who was in his office.
Colbert was ready this time. In 2018, Nicki rapped some naughty words about him, and he hid behind his cards.
She said, “Don’t look at us, motherfucker, just call me Queen Nicki Colbert.”
She made up the rap in two seconds. It was from her song “F the Club Up,” but she changed it to “F the Colbert Up.”.

Colbert’s playful banter with his wife of 30 years, Evelyn, during his rap battle with Nicki Minaj had the crowd in stitches. Minaj, playfully gagged, pointed out, “Stephen, did you realize we just rapped against each other?!”

Impressed by Colbert’s rhymes, Minaj gave a shout-out to Evelyn, who was watching from the host’s office. This was a clever comeback from Colbert, who faced some spicy lyrics himself from Minaj during an episode in 2018.

Back then, Minaj had surprised Colbert with some X-rated rhymes, rapping, “I might… [implying a romantic encounter]…He gon’ come back to work with a magical glow.” The audience roared, while Colbert, clearly flustered, hid behind his cue cards.

Minaj finished with a playful twist: “But when you see us, please don’t stare…Just address me as Queen Nicki Colbert!”

She rapped, “I wear high heels for Stevie; if I marry Stevie, he won’t ever leave me.”
He said, “Nicki, you better watch out for my wife, Evie!”
